Protocol-owned liquidity

1% of every trade is recycled back into the pool as protocol-owned liquidity. The position is held by the hook itself over a fixed, retunable price band — it can never be withdrawn to an external account.

How reinvestment works

processLiquidity
  1. 1 ETH (from sells) and TRI (from buys) accrue in the liquidity sleeves.
  2. 2 Past the ETH threshold, processLiquidity computes the max liquidity the current price allows for both amounts.
  3. 3 modifyLiquidity adds it to the hook’s position via the PoolManager unlock; owed amounts are settled from the sleeves.
  4. 4 Unused remainder stays earmarked for the next add — nothing is stranded.
